PartnersThe Growth Faculty
Leadership development
The authors leaders learn from, on call between events.
The Growth Faculty brings leading business thinkers to leaders through live events and memberships. With Decidr it built AI Mentors, digital mentors modeled with each author on their published work, frameworks and voice, and sold to Growth Faculty’s community as a subscription.

The partner
A leadership community built around the authors it hosts.
Growth Faculty connects leaders with the thinkers they learn from, at events and through memberships. Leaders often need that advice between events, when a decision comes up.
AI Mentors gives them that. Each mentor was created in partnership with its author, and for the authors it is a new way to reach their audience between events.
What we built together
Each answer comes from the author’s own frameworks.
A leader picks a mentor and asks a question. The mentor answers from that author’s published work and event content, in the author’s voice.
Illustrative. Each answer is drawn from the chosen author’s published frameworks.

A leader’s questions point to the work behind them.
A leader who starts with a mentor brings a business that has goals, decisions and teams. On the Graph of Work, the next step can be mentors for the whole leadership team, or the workflows that sit under the decisions the leader keeps asking about.
