Hiring
Job matching in the AI era.
CareerOne is an Australian jobs platform that gives employers direct access to relevant candidates. Since September 2024 it has built its hiring products with Decidr, including Banjo, its AI talent agent, and sold them to its employers. The partnership is now in its third year.
Last 12 months, as reported in Decidr AI Industries’ ASX release of 24 September 2026.
The partner
The first partner to back Decidr’s technology.
CareerOne goes beyond the paid job ad and sells employers direct access to candidates who fit.
The products run on a data and AI layer built with Decidr. Jobs and candidates are modeled across 1,888 dimensions, so a match rests on what a candidate can do and what the role needs.
What we built together
From a job ad to a shortlist the employer trusts.
Banjo captures what candidates can do, the platform breaks every job into skills, and matching scores the fit. The employer makes the call.
Illustrative. A Banjo match for one role, scored on what the candidate can do.

Candidates onboard once. Banjo reads their skills, experience, location and education, finds the roles they fit, including adjacent roles they would not have searched for, and puts them in front of employers.

“Our partnership with Decidr brings together complementary capabilities at an important time for the workforce market. We are already seeing that translate into new products, stronger employer engagement and a deeper capability across jobs, skills and candidate matching.”
Garen Azoyan, Chairman, CareerOne
“Every job ad is an employer describing work it needs done, and CareerOne handles millions of them a year. We are building a graph of work, and I cannot think of a better place in Australia to learn what work is made of.”
David Brudenell, Executive Chairman, Decidr AI Industries
On the Graph of Work
This year, every job ad becomes a set of tasks.
Each task is mapped to skills, time, risk, cognitive requirements and AI suitability. That gives the Graph of Work a baseline of how Australian employers describe work, and shows which work AI is changing and where people could move next. This work is in development and has not been released as a product.
