Decidr appoints Brad Gray as Asia Managing Director
Decidr has appointed Brad Gray as Managing Director, Asia, to lead expansion across the region.

Brad brings more than 25 years of enterprise technology leadership across Asia Pacific, with a track record of building markets, scaling partner ecosystems and converting platform momentum into enterprise adoption.
The appointment lands at a moment when Asia’s AI conversation is shifting.
“I’ve rarely seen a market this ready for what Decidr is offering," Brad Gray said.
"Asian enterprises don’t need more isolated AI tools, they need an operating system that connects their data, workflows and AI-powered expertise into one intelligent whole. That’s the conversation I’m here to lead.”
Many enterprises have moved beyond experimentation and can point to pockets of productivity gains, but far fewer have turned those wins into something repeatable across the organisation.
Decidr’s Singapore AI Readiness Index 2026 highlights the challenge facing many regional enterprises: 91% report AI has enhanced operations in the past year, yet only 38% feel confident implementing it across the business.
Regional momentum
Brad joins as Decidr builds meaningful traction in-market. A recent partnership with ICON Consulting Group opens a direct path into the global SAP enterprise ecosystem across Singapore, Japan, Australia, Vietnam and India. Customer and partner conversations from a recent regional visit are already converting into over US$3m pipeline.
Singapore has been selected as Decidr’s regional base, reflecting its role as a gateway to the ASEAN economy of more than 680 million people, and a leading hub for enterprise technology, capital and AI policy.
From Singapore, Brad will activate the partner ecosystem alongside AWS, Go1 and ICON, build the Asia team and progress engagements underway across ASEAN, North Asia and India. Asia now sits as a core pillar of Decidr’s global growth strategy, alongside established operations in Australia and the United States.
Most recently, Brad served as SVP & GM APAC at Exclusive Networks, leading regional channel entry for CrowdStrike, Okta, Mimecast, SentinelOne and Netskope.
He has also held roles as RVP of General Business Sales at SAP across Southeast Asia, and Managing Director at Polycom. Earlier in his career at Juniper Networks, he established the regional business and grew revenue to US$180 million across nine markets.
