Process

A set of activities or steps taken to achieve a particular outcome.

The recipe for results

A process is the ordered sequence of steps designed to achieve a defined result. It structures work into repeatable and reliable pathways.

Context in Decidr

Processes are recipes for organisational outcomes. Follow the steps and you get the dish. Skip them and you risk burning down the kitchen.

In Decidr, every process is structured in tables and flows. This gives it three qualities traditional processes lack:

1. Visibility 2. Repeatability 3. Measurability.

Visibility means everyone can see the steps. Repeatability means they can be followed without variation. Measurability means performance can be tracked and improved.

The shift is profound. Processes no longer live in binders or in people’s memories. They live in the operating system of the organisation. This makes the organisation more resilient. Staff turnover doesn’t erase process knowledge. Scaling doesn’t distort it.

Processes in Decidr are not just rules, they're living components of the agentic org.
