Decidr Supercharges Global Growth with Executive Hires from ELMO and Airwallex
Decidr AI Industries Ltd (ASX: DAI) has made two powerhouse additions to its executive team, signalling a new era of global scale and commercial acceleration. Gordon Starkey joins as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Kael Hudson steps in as Head of Partnerships—two strategic hires that will turbocharge Decidr’s partner-led growth model and global go-to-market strategy.

A Revenue Engineered Future
Gordon Starkey, former CRO of ELMO Software, brings 18 years of enterprise SaaS experience to Decidr. At ELMO, he scaled the platform from startup to one of ANZ’s largest HRTech players - leading a multifunctional revenue org spanning sales, product, marketing and customer success. Under his leadership, ELMO grew to over 3,000 clients and served more than 2 million end users.
At Decidr, Starkey will oversee global sales, strategic accounts and the customer experience, with a sharp focus on embedding high-volume onboarding systems, expanding Decidr’s partner revenue engine, and evolving its direct sales playbook.
“Gordon’s impact will be felt immediately,” said Decidr Executive Chairman, David Brudenell. “He’s a proven leader in product-led growth, revenue discipline and commercial scale. He’ll play a pivotal role as we power toward our FY26 vision and expand our Agentic AI platform into new verticals globally.”
Partnerships with Purpose
Also joining the executive ranks is Kael Hudson, appointed as Head of Partnerships. With a decade of experience growing ecosystems across SaaS, media and fintech - including senior roles at Disney, Square and most recently as Director of GTM & Ecosystem Partnerships at Airwallex - Kael is set to scale Decidr’s partner network into a strategic advantage.
He’ll lead co-development of commercial partnership frameworks and drive activation across alliances with AWS, Go1, ELMO, BeeRoll, CoHabit, CareerOne and others.
“Kael brings the energy, vision and precision we need to take our partner-led model to the next level,” said Brudenell. “He’s already proven he can lead go-to-market teams and build powerful commercial ecosystems. Now he’s here to do that at Decidr—globally.”
Momentum That Matters
These appointments follow a wave of wins across the healthcare, media, finance, energy and education sectors. In just five months since commercial launch, Decidr has hit A$1.0 million in annualised revenue, confirming its place as one of the fastest-scaling SaaS players on the ASX.
The Agentic AI platform is already live with major customers and partners in Australia and the U.S., with further global rollouts locked in for the second half of 2025.
