Ontology & Knowledge Systems

Definition

The idea that true organizational structure — especially in digital systems — is fundamentally about building and navigating ontologies and taxonomies.

Decidr types an organisation the way a type system types a codebase — every goal, belief and strategy a named thing the whole system agrees about. Onboarding starts by mapping yours.
