The partnership will bring agentic AI to SAP — starting with the process that eats more back-office time than almost any other.

Decidr has partnered with ICON Consulting Group, one of Asia Pacific's leading SAP consulting and managed services providers, to bring agentic AI to back-office operations.
The partnership is the latest in Decidr's expanding enterprise footprint, as demand for agentic AI across workflows accelerates across the Asia Pacific.
SAP is enterprise software used by most of the world's largest companies to manage everything from finance to procurement to HR. It’s the world's most widely deployed enterprise software platform.
It's also one of the least automated, in practice. Most SAP customers have invested heavily in the platform itself but still rely on people to execute the repetitive, rules-based work that sits around it.
"We typically engage with companies at various stages of their SAP journey,” said Christophe Derdeyn, Managing Director of ICON Consulting Group. “The ability to automate high-volume processes like Procure-to-Pay using Decidr's agentic platform represents a significant step forward."
Procure-to-Pay — the end-to-end process of ordering goods, receiving invoices and making payments — is one of the most time-consuming processes in any large organisation. According to SAP Concur's own research, 60% of AP teams are still manually entering invoices into their systems, at an average cost of $15 per invoice.
The initial joint offering covers the full process: reading and processing incoming invoices, verifying supplier details, matching invoices to purchase orders, handling mismatches that need human review, and posting confirmed invoices for payment. For any business running SAP at scale, this represents thousands of hours of manual work each year.
Decidr will work alongside existing SAP systems rather than replacing them, so organisations get AI-enabled operations without ripping out the infrastructure their businesses run on.
The ICON partnership adds to a growing list of Decidr deployments across enterprise, education and employment — including partnerships with AWS, CareerOne, Go1, ELMO, Growth Faculty and AIM.
It also comes alongside Decidr's expansion into Singapore and the release of the Decidr Singapore AI Readiness Index Report 2026, which surveyed 511 business decision-makers across SMEs and enterprises on AI adoption.
