We were founded in 2018 by Paul Chan, whose 20+ years of research on profiles, values, and goals led to the creation of the Decidr platform. Paul's consumer research company, which was powered by a database of millions of individual profiles, revealed that most businesses shared similar questions about customers and competitors and that they generally operated in the same way and followed the same goals. Decidr leverages AI to replicate and automate this repeatable structure, allowing businesses to enhance their operations and achieve their overarching goals, even without extensive human resources.
