Decidr and AIM partner to reinvent corporate education with Agentic AI

The move marks a major step forward in Decidr's mission to embed intelligent, agentic AI across the education and workforce ecosystem. Over an initial two-year term, AIM will roll out Decidr's platform across its business, transforming how learning is created, delivered and experienced.

From real-time coaching and adaptive assessments to dynamic content sequencing and backend automation, AIM will integrate Decidr's core Agentic AI apps including Content Agent, Sales Agent and AI Search Agent alongside a suite of custom agents tailored for learning environments.

Together, Decidr and AIM will also co-develop a new Agentic AI app built specifically for AIM's corporate customer base.

The AIM agreement joins a growing list of Decidr deployments across HR, content and employment, including partnerships with CareerOne, Go1, ELMO and Growth Faculty.
