Human Identity & Behavior Modeling

Definition

An identity model or user archetype derived from an individual’s dominant value stack, used to simulate decision behavior and personalize onboarding. Unlike MBTI-style types, these personas emerge from real value hierarchies and can adapt over time.

This is the vocabulary your business already runs on.

Decidr types an organisation the way a type system types a codebase — every goal, belief and strategy a named thing the whole system agrees about. Onboarding starts by mapping yours.
