Cognitive Modeling & Insight

Definition

A method of augmenting ordinal scales (e.g., low/medium/high) with detailed contextual definitions to support both AI reasoning and human interpretability.

Decidr types an organisation the way a type system types a codebase — every goal, belief and strategy a named thing the whole system agrees about. Onboarding starts by mapping yours.
