Belief & Epistemic Models

Definition

A scale-based belief modeling format that expresses how strongly a person holds a value or belief using ordinal levels (e.g., 1–7). Each level is paired with a specific phrase to support interpretation, agent reasoning, and user-facing flows.

This is the vocabulary your business already runs on.

Decidr types an organisation the way a type system types a codebase — every goal, belief and strategy a named thing the whole system agrees about. Onboarding starts by mapping yours.
