Business Development Manager
We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of AI businesses and selling Decidr’s innovative technology solutions.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and business transformation.

About the Role
Leads will be in the form of businesses who have a paid reservation for their AI business, as well as enquiring MQLs and warm introductions. There will also be a requirement to source new prospects and channels for opportunity.
Building strong relationships quickly is vital in this role, as is running an in-depth consultative process and providing solutions to real business needs.
Requirements
- Experience in identifying prospective clients, creating effective sales solutions and closing new business with clients in a b2b SaaS consultative selling environment with long sales cycles
- Can demonstrate successful management of a b2b SaaS sales process from lead generation to handover to the implementation/success teams
- Able to manage and maintain a pipeline, with accurate forecasting of results, using Salesforce / other CRM
- Proven capability in solution selling to business owners/managing directors/c-suite
- Hands-on problem-solving skills, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
